RETURNS - How to avoid 'em:

We recommend always, always, ALWAYS trying samples before purchasing full size items. Our samples are large enough to use for several days (for foundation and other powders used on the entire face) to weeks (for blushes, bronzers, concealers, lip glosses and lipsticks). That's plenty of time to try them and decide it they work for you, and the cost for each is only from 50 cents to one dollar!  (Samples can not be returned. Because, you know, they're samples. :-)) The only products we do not have samples of are eye shadows.

RETURNS - When they are unavoidable: (Heyyy, it could happen...)

All credits will be applied through PayPal, unless the order was paid by check or money order, in which case the fund will be in the form of a check, mailed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.

You may return product(s) via mail within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase to receive a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All products returned by mail must have been purchased through this site, justpureminerals.com. You will be credited for the full purchase amount less shipping and handling.

Please include packing slip or minimum order information, Order Number, "Bill To" information, and Reason for Return. We do suggest that you copy all returned paperwork and be sure to use a traceable return shipping option.

Please note, again, we do not refund the shipping charges of the original order, or the reimburse for return shipping. Another reason samples are the way to go. Just sayin'. (Getting samples to begin with costs about the same as all the shipping charges for buying and returning full size products, but without the wasted time, materials, energy and product.)

GIFT CERTIFICATES

A Just Pure Minerals Gift Certificate itself cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. (except for where required by law) If you would like to return an item that was purchased by a Just Pure Minerals Gift Certificate, your refund will be credited via a Just Pure Minerals Merchandise Credit Certificate on PayPal.
