Mineral Eye Liner
Mineral eye liner is easy to use, and stays put.
Tap some of the powdered eye liner into a separate
container or onto a waterproof surface. Add a drop of water (or aloe gel) mix into
an inky paste with your liner brush, and apply. Add more or less water to
your liner to adjust the intensity of the color.
3g, in rotating sifter jar.
Handcrafted in small batches. No synthetic dyes or fragrances, no animal by-products, parabens, bismuth oxychloride, nano particles. Gluten-free.
