RETURNS - How to avoid 'em:
We recommend always, always, ALWAYS trying samples before
purchasing full size items. Our samples are large enough to use for several
days (for foundation and other powders used on the entire face) to weeks (lip glosses and lipsticks). That's plenty of
time to try them and decide it they work for you, and the cost for each is only $1.25
to $1.50! (Samples can not be returned. Because, you know, they're
samples. :-))

RETURNS - When they are unavoidable:
All credits will be applied to your method of online payment - credit card or PayPal. If the order was paid by check or money order, the refund will be in the form of a check, mailed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
You may return product(s) via mail within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase to receive a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products. Shipping and handling are not included in refunds and customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All products returned by mail must have been purchased through this site, justpureminerals.com. You will be credited for the full purchase amount less shipping and handling.
Do not return product without first notifying us by email (contact@justpureminerals.com) so we can expedite your refund.

Please note, again, we do not refund the shipping charges of the original order, or reimburse for return shipping. Another reason samples are the way to go. Just sayin'.
