Returns & Refund Policy

Try before you buy. We strongly recommend sampling before purchasing full-size items. Our samples last several days (foundation and other face powders) to several weeks (lip glosses and lipsticks) — plenty of time to know if a shade and formula work for you, at just $1.75 each. Because they're samples, they aren't eligible for return.

Returns — When They're Unavoidable

• Return window: Products may be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase required: All returns must include proof of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
• Condition: We're unable to accept returns on used products.
• Eligibility: Only products purchased directly through justpureminerals.com are eligible for return.
• Refund amount: You'll be credited the full purchase price, less original shipping and handling. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
• Refund method: Credit card and PayPal orders are refunded to the original payment method. Orders paid by check or money order are refunded by mailed check within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
