What Does "Vegan" Mean in Reference to Makeup?

 That's pretty much it, in a nutshell.

We care about and respect animals. We don't want to be involved in anything that harms or exploits them in any way. So we make sure all the ingredients are cruelty-free. None of our products are ever  tested on animals, and they have no animal- or insect-related ingredients, including our makeup brushes.  

Who wants to apply eye shadow with a squirrel-hair brush anyway? That's just wrong in every conceivable way.
